Shipping policy
Processing & Production Times
Handmade items are crafted and finished to order. Most handmade products ship within 5–10 business days, however processing times may vary depending on the item and order volume. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time.
Apparel and merchandise items are fulfilled and shipped by our production partner, Printful, and are made to order. Printful’s production and shipping times typically range from 7–15 business days, depending on location and seasonal volume.
Separate Shipments
If your order contains both handmade products and print-on-demand merchandise, the items will ship separately from different locations. This means your order may arrive in multiple packages and on different dates. Tracking information will be provided for each shipment when available.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item weight, packaging, and destination. Print-on-demand shipping rates are set by Printful and may differ from the rates used for handmade items shipped from our studio.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Canada and the United States.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These fees are determined by U.S. Customs regulations and are the responsibility of the buyer. When applicable, some duties and taxes may be collected at checkout.
Delivery Issues & Lost Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, transit and delivery are outside our control. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or is delayed in transit, please contact the carrier directly for assistance. Tracking information will be provided whenever available.
For print-on-demand items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, replacement requests must be submitted directly to Printful within 7 days of delivery:

You will need:
• The original order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging
Printful reviews and approves/rejects claims at their discretion. Approved replacements are shipped at no additional cost.
Do not return items without authorization. Printful does not accept return shipments for restocking.
Handmade Items
All handmade items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Variations in wood grain, color, and finish are natural characteristics and not defects.
