Refund policy

Handmade Goods

All handmade products, including but not limited to furniture, woodwork, coasters, cutting boards, artwork, and custom pieces, are final sale. Due to the unique nature of handcrafted items and natural material variations, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted under any circumstances. Variations in colour, grain pattern, finish, and texture are inherent to the materials used and are not considered defects.

Print-on-Demand Apparel & Merchandise

Apparel and merchandise items are fulfilled through a third-party production partner (Printful) and are made to order. These items are not eligible for returns or exchanges based on sizing, fit, colour preference, or buyer’s remorse. Please ensure sizing and product details are reviewed carefully prior to checkout.

A replacement will be issued only in the following cases:

• The item arrives damaged

• The item contains a manufacturing or printing defect

• The item received is incorrect (wrong product, size, or variant from what was ordered)

To be eligible for a replacement, the customer must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

1. The order number

2. A clear description of the issue

3. Photographic evidence of the defect or error

Once verified, a replacement order will be submitted to Printful and shipped at no additional cost to the customer. We do not process physical returns of Printful items. Printful does not restock or resell returned goods, so no return shipment is required.

Damaged Shipments (All Items)

If any item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of both the product and packaging. We will review the claim and assist with the next steps based on the product type.

Cancellations

Orders for handmade goods cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Print-on-demand orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered the production queue with our fulfillment partner.

Mixed Orders

If an order contains both handmade items and print-on-demand merchandise, the products will ship separately, and arrival times may vary. Replacement eligibility applies per product category as stated above.
